Where do I make my housing payment? Can I pay by mail?
Payments can be made by cash, check, money order or credit card.
Payments can be taken to Citizen's Bank, mailed in or paid by PayPal online.

What do I need to pay before I move in? When is my first housing payment due?
We require 3 months of payments by September 1st.
The first month’s payment for the school year is due June 1st.

Can I make housing payments by credit card or debit card?
We accept PayPal payments. Just type in our payment address on the Pay Pal site: Payments@HerkimerHousing.com

Does my financial aid pay for housing?
Financial Aid will not pay us for your housing.
You are responsible for paying your housing bill. You can use your Financial Aid check to pay yourself back for your housing payments.

How much is my housing payment?
The total payment for the school year is $4230.00. The total is broken up into
9 monthly payments of $470.00 due on the first of each month from June through
February.

What if I cannot make my housing payment on time?
To avoid late fees, you must contact Sherri Egyud at 800 485-1370. There is a
10 day grace period. After the 11th day of the month late fees will be charged.

Are there any other charges?
There are no other charges. The monthly rent includes all utilities plus cable
and internet.

Is there a security deposit?
There is no security deposit.

Can I bring my car? Where do I park?
We have onsite parking available. There is no extra charge for this.

How are housemates assigned?
We assign students of the same sex to each house based on compatibility
and what rooms we have available.

What if I have already picked out a housemate?
If you have friends you want to share a house with you give us that information in your application.

When can I move in? When should I move out?
You can move in August 25th 2010 or after. You will move out by May 20th 2011.

What should I bring with me?
Some of the more important things you will need include bed linens
(twin extra-long), blankets, a pillow, desk lamp and computer.

Do you allow pets?
No pets are allowed.

Where can I get a Lease?
You will be sent a Lease after we receive your Application The Appplication should only be filled out after you have made your first payment. You can also pick up a Lease at our management office at 408 N Prospect St Herkimer, NY.
